Venue:
The meeting will be held at the UT Conference center located near the University of Tennessee’s campus in the heart of downtown Knoxville. The Conference center offers modern convenient meeting facilities and exceptional food service. It is connected by a covered sky bridge to Hilton hotel where rooms are reserved for conferences participants

This year’s local coordinator will be Dr. Elena Shpak of the UT Knoxville. She has arranged for discounted rooms at the Hilton Knoxville, directly across the street from the conference center.

Our code for the discount is "ASPB". Rooms will cost $84.00 for a double and a king size room is $94.00. There is also a 17.25 % tax on top of that. Rooms must be booked by March 11, 2010 to be eligible for the discount.
Posters should be no larger than 4' x 4'

Student talks should be 12 minutes in length and will have 3 minutes for questions. Talks that do not leave time for questions will be disqualified from competition.
